What are your recommended cabinetry cleaning guidelines?

Wipe off spills and splatters from cabinetry immediately. Wipe down cabinet exteriors and interiors with a clean, soft, slightly damp cloth. Dry immediately with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use any type of cleaner, wax or polish. To clean glass doors, spray an ammonia-free glass cleaner on a clean, soft cloth or paper towel. Do not spray cleaner directly on the glass. Avoid draping damp cloths or dishtowels over cabinet doors. Moisture can cause permanent damage to the finish. Exposure to direct sunlight tends to darken the color of natural wood products and also fade painted wood, laminated and thermofoil surfaces. It is recommended to shield your cabinetry from direct sunlight.
